The White Island - Best View at Come Again

White Island is one of the most visited tourist spot in Camiguin in which it offers a fine white sand and wonderful snorkeling area. It is good to have some cover while staying on this naked island in order to avoid excessive sun rays that could cause sun burn during dry season. The island is accessible at Nasaag near Yumbing where the boat terminal is located beside paras beach resort.


Aside of the beach, this island also offers a wonderful view on the main Island of Camiguin, facing Mount Hibok-Hibok. For food, some locals offers fresh seafoods for tourists on the island, better to try it. People can walk along the entire white island even during high tide considering waves are not strong enough to push people away from the shallow area. The entire white island is more convenient to roam during low tide, since a huge area of the island show up.


It is good to visit the White Island morning or around mid day in order to avoid turbulent waves. Life jackets and snorkeling gears are also available for rent. 

How to get there: 

A public multicab or even motorela from ferry terminal to White Island Boat Terminal are the common DIY transport in which the rate ranges 30php to 100php.
